AUTHORITIES CONTESTABLE WORKS POWER

Webb Australia Group have within New South Wales accreditation as a level 3 service provider for the design of contestable works on incoming power service to buildings (including sub-station design) this additional benefit of service to client can result in a quicker turn around of locked in arrangements and in many cases a cost effective solution for the development.


COMMISSIONING AND HANDOVER

Planning and monitoring of commissioning and handover including detailed technical audits, site inspections, operation and maintenance manuals and record drawings.


CONSTRUCTION COST MANAGEMENT

Preparation and monitoring of cost plans and tender documentation. Monitoring, valuation and assessment of construction costs. Provision of specialist technical assistance to quantity surveyors.


CONTESTABLE SITES - ENERGY

In this day of ever changing energy authorities the opportunity arises that can greatly benefit the energy costs of building sites. In the energy markets, site in many States and Territories of Australia, can become contestable site providing they can provide to use a certain amount of electricity. Being a contestable site means that the owner can tender the energy usage costs and obtain large benefits in savings. Our company recently achieved annual power savings of 15% for the Commonwealth Bank in Victoria.


CO-ORDINATION DRAWINGS

Production of fully detailed three-dimensional working drawings. Co-ordination of engineering services designed by ourselves and other specialists including co-ordinations with building elements and the structural frame.

Production of highly defined drawings and specifications including enhanced scale sections, elevations and details. Provision of comprehensive information to ensure nothing can be open to interpretation.

 


FACILITIES MANAGEMENT

Advice to clients on the future cost and technical requirements contract documentation. Monitoring of on going maintenance.


FEASIBILITY STUDIES

Investigations to develop the outline client brief into preliminary engineering schemes, including the co-ordination of other specialist's requirements. Preparation of concept reports and drawings.


OUTLINE DESIGN

Development of feasibility studies to include the preferred value engineering option. Design calculations and preparation of technical brief documentation.


PLANNING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Planning and monitoring of building services design and construction from feasibility to completion. Experienced Engineers to lead or assist the management of building services design and construction. Provision of resident site monitoring staff.

Single line layout and final schematic arrangement drawings including detailed builders work information.
